happy massage woman

We have been so happy to welcome all of you back to Brightpath health since we reopened in June. Not only did we all weather the COVID19 shutdown together, we are ready to grow! We are excited to be your new destination for Massage Therapy in North York.  We are pleased to announce that Registered Massage Therapy will be available, starting on Saturday, August 8th.

Massage therapy is a natural complement to our existing Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Naturopathic and Doula services. Massage Therapy is excellent for relieving pain due to injuries and is often recommended as part of an overall injury recovery strategy. Seeing our massage therapist either right after a chiropractic adjustment, or in between visits could speed up your recovery, or reduce discomfort between appointments.

Our Massage Therapist will target the source of the body’s pain by eliminating tense muscles, increasing flexibility, and providing relaxation to the affected muscles as well as the body as a whole. Massage also promotes circulation to the affected or injured muscles, which increases nutrients and oxygen to the damaged tissues, speeding up the healing process.

People visit a Massage Therapist for a variety of health-related purposes, including to relieve pain, rehabilitate sports injuries, reduce stress, increase relaxation, address anxiety and depression, and to aid in general wellness.

Pregnant women can also benefit from seeking regular massage throughout their pregnancy, particularly in the last trimester when they may experience more back or hip pain than normal, or to assist with circulation if you are experiencing swelling in your extremities.

Consider making massage a regular part of your personal care routine – your body will thank you!

Massage Therapy will be available at Brightpath on Saturdays from 9AM to 2PM, beginning August 8.  Are you new to Brightpath?  Sign up for our New Patient Special and get 25% Off your First Massage Appointment.
