class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<h4>Pre-Screening<\/h4>\n<p>In compliance with recommendations from Ontario Public Health, every patient will complete a mandatory COVID-19 pre-screening questionnaire.\u00a0 Within 24 hours of your appointment, you will receive an email requesting you to complete the survey electronically.\u00a0 \u00a0This will help to identify at-risk persons and direct them for proper testing.\u00a0 Most of all, this will help reduce the risk of exposure when you come to visit us for an appointment.\u00a0 Likewise, all our staff members will conduct a daily self-screening to determine if they are fit to come to work at our clinic.<\/p>\n<h4>Spacing Apart Appointments<\/h4>\n<p>Online booking has resumed and is available for your convenience.\u00a0 In our scheduling, we have built in additional time to disinfect and clean surfaces between appointments.\u00a0 This may result in less appointment slot available.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<h4>New Schedule<\/h4>\n<p>Dr. Kevin Ho&#8217;s schedule has changed.\u00a0 Besides Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, <strong>he will now be available for appointments on Saturdays from 10am to 2pm!<\/strong>\u00a0 Dr. Gayamali will now have office hours on Tuesdays &amp; Wednesdays from 2pm-7pm.<\/p>\n<h4>Should I Bring my own Mask?<\/h4>\n<p>You do not need to bring your own mask to an appointment.\u00a0 We will provide you a new single-use procedure mask to wear for the duration of your appointment.\u00a0 \u00a0Upon leaving the clinic, you may discard the mask that was provided to you.\u00a0 We do not recommend the use of a homemade face covering during an appointment.<\/p>\n<h4>Do not Arrive too Early<\/h4>\n<p>If you happen to arrive early for your appointment, please avoid sitting in the waiting room but consider waiting downstairs in the lobby or enjoy the weather outside to help reduce crowding in the waiting area.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4>Attend Appointments Alone<\/h4>\n<p>Lastly, please do not bring your spouse or a companion with you to your appointment unless you need assistance with getting to the clinic safely.\u00a0 \u00a0Also, parents or guardians can attend appointments with your children.\u00a0 appropriate.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><li>Equipped with contact-less payment terminal to accept Debit and Credit Cards.\u00a0 Interac E-transfer Payment is also accepted.<\/li><li>All treatment rooms &amp; equipment is cleaned and disinfected before and after every Within 24 hours of your appointment, you will receive an email requesting you to complete the survey electronically.&nbsp; &nbsp;This will help to identify at-risk persons and direct them for proper testing.&nbsp; Most of all, this will help reduce the risk of exposure when you come to visit us for an appointment.&nbsp; Likewise, all our staff members will conduct a daily self-screening to determine if they are fit to come to work at our clinic.\n<h4>Spacing Apart Appointments<\/h4>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/brightpathhealth.janeapp.com\">Online booking<\/a> has resumed and is available for your convenience.&nbsp; In our scheduling, we have built in additional time to disinfect and clean surfaces between appointments.&nbsp; This may result in less appointment slot available.&nbsp; &nbsp;\n<h4>New Schedule<\/h4>\nDr. Kevin Ho's schedule has changed.&nbsp; Besides Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, <strong>he will now be available for appointments on Saturdays from 10am to 2pm!<\/strong>&nbsp; Dr. Gayamali will now have office hours on Tuesdays &amp; Wednesdays from 2pm-7pm.\n<h4>Should I Bring my own Mask?<\/h4>\nYou do not need to bring your own mask to an appointment.&nbsp; We will provide you a new single-use procedure mask to wear for the duration of your appointment.&nbsp; &nbsp;Upon leaving the clinic, you may discard the mask that was provided to you.&nbsp; A reusable, homemade mask should not be used during the appointment since your face may touch surfaces such as the treatment table.&nbsp;&nbsp;\n<h4>Do not Arrive too Early<\/h4>\nIf you happen to arrive early for your appointment, please avoid sitting in the waiting room but consider waiting downstairs in the lobby or enjoy the weather outside to help reduce crowding in the waiting area.&nbsp;\n<h4>Attend Appointments Alone<\/h4>\nLastly, please do not bring your spouse or a companion with you to your appointment unless you need assistance with getting to the clinic safely.&nbsp;
