We assess your gait, posture, and the alignment of your feet, ankles, knees, hips, and pelvis. This gives us the full picture of how your body is moving and where the imbalances are.

Casting
If orthotics are the right fit for you, we take a precise cast of your feet. This is what makes custom orthotics different from over-the-counter insoles, they're built specifically for your anatomy.

Fabrication
Your orthotics are custom manufactured and typically ready within 7–10 business days.

Fitting & Follow-Up
You come in to pick up your orthotics, we ensure the fit is right, and we walk you through how to break them in properly.
A $75 assessment fee applies if orthotics are not ordered on the day of consultation.
Many Insurance Plans Cover Custom Orthotics
Custom orthotics are covered under many employer health benefit plans, but the details vary. Before your consultation, it's worth checking your policy for the following:
- Whether custom orthotics are included in your coverage
- Whether a prescription from your medical doctor is required (many plans do require this, arrange it in advance if so)

We accept e-transfer and debit. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge.

Yes, depending on the style prescribed, orthotics can often be transferred between shoes. We'll discuss your footwear needs during the consultation to ensure the right type is ordered for your lifestyle.
